My partner and I had been working with this company for a polyester bag. They (David Dai and Lynn) is the most unprofessional suppliers. The only thing they did not fail is they did not fail to surprise me. It took them more than 2 weeks to see the printing decal if the colors are correct. Till now (2 weeks later) it's still not done. This is not an ultra complex design and it should not take more than 5 days but it had taken 6 weeks. What is going on? They will and had come up heaps of crap but still cannot deliver. Please refrain from using this supplier. They are not your trusted supplier nor someone you want to work with.
